The Bell at Charlbury: Functions - weddings, children's parties and bar mitzvahsWe have newly landscaped gardens and can do special events for around 200 people
The Bell Hotel has two dedicated function facilities, The Cornbury Suite and The Bentley Room, and our newly landscaped gardens feature a terraced orchard, a stream and The Glade for special events of around 200 people. The Cornbury Suite is a versatile self-contained events space catering for anything from art and craft sales to wedding receptions and corporate meetings. It has its own bar and separate kitchen catering for up to 120 guests. It can be arranged to seat 50 comfortably on separate tables or round a large table and over 60 seated in rows. With the addition of a marquee we can increase that number substantially, please contact us with your requirements. The Bentley Room is a smaller private room ideal for groups of 8 to 20 people, named after the Benjayfields Bentley racing club who meet here annually. Looking down onto Church Street with its classic Cotswolds village views, it is perfect for gatherings of family and friends and clubs or societies. We can accommodate large or small exclusive parties for business and private bookings. Our two function rooms can accommodate parties of 8 to 50 seated for dinner and our Cornbury Room can accommodate more for parties of up to 100 with a disco or band.
