We are equidistant from Bristol, Birmingham and London, When it comes to choosing a venue for your conference, seminar, training course or meeting, you have to get the basics right:

Location - your venue must be a central location and easily accessible by public transport as well as road.  Charlbury is a short drive from junction 9 of the M40, with a mainline train getting you here from Oxford in 12 mins and Paddington in 1hr 10 mins.  We are equidistant from Bristol, Birmingham and London, so make an ideal spot for your meeting.

Flexible Conference Accommodation in Oxfordshire - The Cornbury Suite

Facilities – you will need whiteboards, flipcharts, a projector and an internet connection.  Our meeting room has free wireless broadband and can be set up with relevant stationery and presentation equipment prior to your arrival.

Parking – your delegates need to be able to park close to the door for free.  We have parking for up to 40 cars in our private car park and can provide dedicated parking on request.

Housekeeping – you will want comfortable rooms, refreshments when you need them and good food served on time.  Whether you require tea, coffee and buscuits, a buffet lunch or a full restaurant service we can meet your needs without deligates needing to leave the site.  Dine in your conference room, take a short stroll to the main restaruant or, if the sun is shining, you might prefer to have lunch on the terrace.

The Cornbury Suite (above) is a versatile self-contained space catering for anything from off site days and product displays to team meetings or corporate dinners. It has its own bar and separate kitchen catering for up to 100 guests.

It can be arranged to seat 50 comfortably boardroom style and over 60 classroom style. With the addition of a marquee we can increase that number substantially, please contact us with your requirements.

  • Part or full day room hire with buffet or 2 course hot lunch provided

The Bell Hotel has 12 double en-suite rooms, 3 of which can be used as twin rooms.  With further high quality accommodation available on our doorstep, larger groups are easily possible.

For those all important team bonding exercises we have a huge range of activities on our doorstep, from horseriding through clay pigeon shooting to off road/rally driving and fishing. We also have some of the finest country walks, drives or cycling routes starting right here.  There are 10 golf courses within 10 miles of the hotel so there is plenty of variety.
