The Bell at Charlbury: Corporate conferences and seminars
Charlbury is a short drive from junction 9 of the M40, with a mainline train station getting you to Oxford in 12 mins and Paddington in 1hr 10 mins. We're equidistant from Bristol, Birmingham and London, so make an ideal spot for your meeting. We've got parking for up to 40 cars in our private car park and can provide dedicated parking on request. The Bell Hotel has two dedicated meetings facilities, The Cornbury Suite and The Bentley Room; both have free wireless broadband. We can supply projectors, stationery, and of course oodles of tea, coffee and biscuits. The Cornbury Suite (above) is a versatile self-contained space catering for anything from off site days and product displays to team meetings or corporate dinners. It has its own bar and separate kitchen catering for up to 120 guests.It can be arranged to seat 50 comfortably boardroom style and over 60 classroom style. With the addition of a marquee we can increase that number substantially, please contact us with your requirements.
The Bently Room is a smaller private room ideal for meetings of 2 to 20 people, or to use as a breakout room from the Cornbury suite. Our 24-hour delegate rate is £125, and includes:
The Bell Hotel has 12 double en-suite rooms, 4 of which can be used as twin rooms. We also have one double room with a private bathroom which means we can accommodate up to 17 single delegates. With further high quality accommodation available on our doorstep, larger groups are easily possible. Please call with your requirements. |
